For whatever reason, we understand your Sezar Fashion order may not be for you.

Fortunately, we operate a no-hassle Returns Policy, allowing you to return or exchange a product within 30 DAYS of purchase.

Please follow the instructions below on how to make a return, exchange or refund.

 

How do I return an item, exchange or refund?

 

We can amend your order, exchange or issue a product refund WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

If you wish to return an item for a refund you need to:

  • Please email us via Sezaisaylam@sezarfashion.com, text us on 07886 271497 or fill out the return box to the left to say you are returning items.

  • Return your item(s) without damage & WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, or we cannot accept it.

  • We do not reimburse the price of your postage. Send the items to this address with a note stating your order number and name (so we know its you!):

Can I Return my Item for an Exchange Instead of a Refund?

Of course! Simply let us know which size you would like in exchange for your item when you fill out a returns slip.

Do you Refund Delivery Charges?

We do not cover delivery charges made for returns.
